Greetings! My name is Lauren Knoepfler.  I am the gifted and talented teacher at Pilot Knob STEM Magnet School and Instructional Coach at Mendota Elementary School.  I have been at Pilot Knob and Mendota since 2017.  I am a graduate of Pilot Knob and Henry Sibley.  I hold a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas and a degree in Elementary Education from Ottawa University.  In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.  We love to explore the great outdoors and lakes, read, and taste test local Twin Cities ice cream shops.
