Family Reading Night

Please join the PTA for our first ever Family Reading Night on Friday, October 24 from 6-7:30 p.m. at the school. This is a free event. Kids are encouraged to dress up in their Halloween costumes or as their favorite book character. The PTA has many literacy activities planned including:

 three special guest readers
 time to explore the library
 an e-reading station.
 a bookmark making craft
 a book swap. Bring a gently used children’s book or two and swap for a new book.
 a photo booth (don’t forget to dress up!)

We will end the night with a costume parade hosted by Mr. Benson. Snacks for purchase will be made available by The Boy Scouts. The first book reading starts at 6:15 p.m. and the costume parade starts at 7:15 p.m. All PK families and friends are invited.
